Noisy MBP

My june 09 13" unibody is making an odd noise, yet if i hold it upside down the noise stops, and it goes back to its almost silent self....anyone got any ideas ?

Take it to an apple store genius bar.

Probably a faulty fan or maybe a cable inside getting stuck in the fan. So when it's turned upside down the cable falls away from the blades.

As above, there's genius bar for that

yeah, probably my best bet i guess, trouble is, i'm bound to walk out with a new toy lol, i try to avoid those places
