Well im sure everyone has had one in there lifetime but I have a couple who are a right pain in the neck. I wont bore you with all the details its the usual banging around, loud music and just complete disrespect for me and my Misses. We live in a small flat so the sound from underneath is just silly. I bang back on the ceiling to which they bang on the floor and take the ****. Im not one off those people who could take knocking on there door as I would actually beat the living crap out off them and its not something the misses needs as she is 5 months pregnant.

Now the bit that really gets on our nerves is the bed and what they get up to in it. The bed is so squeaky that i feel like im in the same room as them when there going at it. Its outrageously noisy and the sound she makes just takes the ****. She is a complete screamer and you can here everything she says while there at it. They both don't work so when it gets to about 11pm that's when the fun starts. They go at it all through the night and I still hear them going when I get up for work at 6am. They even leave the window open so when you come in some nights its just as bad from the outside and there on the top floor!.

Anyway we are moving into our first house together on the weekend so its time to have a little fun with these people up stairs. First off all I was thinking about writing a letter to them letting them know they have been a living hell. But then I got thinking, how about a name and shame on youtube with full sound at them when there are at it. Then I could post a little note through the door saying you have been youtubed with a link lol. Is it against the law to give the address and the name on the video?

Well if you have any more ideas please let me know.

i would do nothing my friend. they sound like a couple of idiots but two wrongs don't make a right. if you don't have noisy neighbours at your new place then what more can you ask for

Call the police, be as detailed as possible about the disturbance and hope the officers come round and issue a warning for "too much rampant noise" :p hehehe
Or ignore it since you're off soon :)
 
Record the noise they make and post a copy to them and a copy to the local council environmental health office. Include a note detailing your complaint if they haven't worked it out.

Failing that stick on some Slayer during the day when they're trying to sleep.
 
Dont do anything, not worth it, you will either get a heriffic reaction from them or no reaction at all. Either way its not worth the hassle, had a similar thing in a flat with downstairs having a dog, i thought about doing something before we left but decided not to. Worst case he goes ballistic and damages your property in some way, you then have to sort it out before you leave. If you must do something do it as you leave with your last piece of packing so there are no come backs.

I thought that as im leaving for the last time i put the youtube message through the door tho lol

So they've been bothering you for a long time, but you've never actually spoken to them about it? That's just as much your fault as theirs then - they can't exactly hear themselves from your flat or outside so how do they know that they are bothering other people?
