noisy psu help please

i have a OCZ StealthXStream 600w Silent(its not silent ) psu and its really noisy is there anything i can do to it or add to it to make it more quiet ,

what case do you have?

possible safe options

change case

change PSU

possible non safe options

open up PSU and change fan

Probably with that is, you need to find a fan that matches the airflow with the one you replace.

probably be easier then to replace the psu any recomendations not worried about price as long as it lasts and is quiet need 600w
