Hey guys my Titan fan has started to make an annoying ticking noise when its idle/at the desktop.

Is it possible to remove it and put a small drop of oil in it, its the stock cooler.

Cheers all

I'd RMA it personally. The vapour chamber coolers do have a very mild tick at low fan speeds but I find it's barely noticeable. If yours are loud I'd suggest not touching it and sending it back.

No its not loud its just started to make that annoying ticking sound, which I can hear when I am at the desktop.

Suppose that's the joy of having a silent case too!

Cheers

A drop of oil in a fan bearing is just a temporary fix. Really you need the proper grease for the heat/speed of the fan, but once you can hear noise, the bearings have worn and they will never be the same again.
