Nokia 3250 cheapest Orange contract, preferably

A girlfriend is after the Nokia 3250, she wants the cheapest contract she can find and preferably orange - doesn't really use the phone that much but just needs one.

She could do cash back as she has a spare phone but basically she needs the cheapest contract with as close to free phone as possible.

Thanks a lot for the info. I will probably get one of the 02 deals as they seem to be the best ones out at the moment, paying less over the lifetime of the contract.
