Does anyone know how to do it, or have a link to an online guide,

Done about half, but removing the main motherboard and TFT from the housing is a bit difficult as the flip mechanism is in the way, otherwise I'm done

it should be similar to doing any flip phone, open the back up and unclip the mobo from the screen ribbon cable, then open the screws for the front flip bit, unclip the connecter from the ribbon cable to screen, take screen and other bits out, then pull lightly at the point where the top flip and the bottom meet at the hinge, take the ribbon cable out and transfer to a new housing, kinda hard to explain but easy to do
