Nokia 6280 or SE W900 ?

Which would you go for and why?

I'm looking to upgrade on 02 from a D500 as I'm about 3 or so months late upgrading, trying to hang on for a good phone.

Previous phones I've had: Nokia 6600, Samsung V200, Motorola flip phone.

Pro's and Con's of each phone would be ideal too

Just had a look at the w950i, looks tasty but the lack of camera puts me off
