Nokia 6500 Classic? Any news?

It was announced at the end of May, and is tipped for a 3rd quarter release, but in terms of Nokia when does this usually fall under, October time? I'm thinking this is going to be my next phone to replace my sporadic 6280. Does anyone know anything about this phone from a UK point of view?

thats one classy phone , i like the look of that very nice indeed , the slider version looks cool as well .

Should be out between late september , middle october.

Liking the look of this phone, might get this as an upgrade for my 6300.

Although, am very tempted by an E90 !

Looks to be S40v3 OS... so prob a delux 6233 in better case

I prefer the 6500 Slide personally, it has better spec and isnt quite as long as the Classic which makes fitting into pocket easier. Also the brushed metal casing looks really nice on it.
