Hi Guys on monday i recived a Nokia 6500 Slide, 3 decided to end my contract 5 month early, so i can upgrade.
I been using the phone since monday and it is working fine. But this moring i decided i want to use the radio. I plugged in the headphones and BAM the phone turned off. Oh well i thought, i will turn it on, BUT NO it just went on the NOKIA screen and then it turns it self off. After going on the Internet and checking it out how to reset it Green button Plus 3 Plus * button it reset and worked fine. But of course i wanted to see if the headphones would work.
I tried it and once again it turned off and did not want to turn on.
If i take it back to 3 will they give me a new one? Because obviously it is faulty?. I do not have insurance on it, but there must be a policy on returning it isn't there?
Or am i screwed?
