There's a little shop in the main entrance to the tube between the sweet shop and the shoe repair shop. They've got a sign up saying they do unlocking but I don't know how much or if they do that model.
Oh yeah good point. I forgot you wanted it flashed and I went off on one about unlocking I know it's a tube ride away but Tottenham Court Road is probably the best bet. You can trade them off against each other to get the best deal then.
