My gran currently has an O2 PAYG Nokia 3310 but the battery has given up so she wants a new handset.

She is used to the menu system of the above so I've been looking at other Nokias, but having never owned one I don't know anything about them.

If she gets something like a 1110 or 6020, will the menus be much different to her existing 3310?

Both the phones you mentioned will be similar to your Gran's current phone. In my experience the interface on Nokia's phones rarely changes a lot so your Gran should be at home with most of the baisic Nokia phones. Obviously just keep away from the Symbian ones!

Have you thought about something as simple as just getting a replacement battery for the phone?
 
Excellent thanks mate. Shes used to texting on it now and I didn't want her to have to learn again.... shes 87 you see :)

Yeah she looked at a new battery but decided on a new handset instead.
