nokia n95 and divx player

Has anyone been able to install divx player on their nokia n95? I have tried downloading and installing many versions but with no luck, keep getting certificate error contact application supplier??

Dont think its compatible, i mean if you have tried various versions without any luck then that must be telling you something surely??
 
strange cause my friend got it working on his nokia n73 and i thought they are similiar. Also on the web many people have said they have got it working on theirs????
 
which version did you use the symbian 3rd edition? I tried all four versions from there. My phone is a vodafone one, that wouldn't make a difference would it?

It should work fine, give it another try. I wouldnt have thought the Vodafone branding wouldnt allow this to work.
 
just tried again, no luck :(
I have tried install using both the nokia pc suite installation function and copying the file directly to the microSD card and install on the phone directly

It works perfectly on my N95.

I remember reading there's an option to disallow unsigned software somewhere in the phone - might be worth checking to see if it's not been turned on by default. Otherwise it could be a Vodafone thing. Maybe.
