Nokia N95 - Smart2Go Maps?

Have recently go myself the Nokia N95 on contract with T Mobile and was wondering if anyone had any luck getting any maps for it yet? & if so where do you get them from?

Is there a free version of Smart2Go? and does anyone know if tomtom works on Symbian for the N95?

You can download entire maps free using nokia's Map Downloader (see their site under N95 downloads), or alternatively you can stream the maps as you need them over data connection or wifi.

Tomtom works but not with the internal GPS.

Genius eh. Download the map loader. Instructions on the NSeries website.

And TomTom does not work with the N95s internal GPS receiver currently. Its either TomTom update the software of somone comes up with a bit of software to trick it into thinking the internal received is extrenal.

Smartloader is the way to go - unless your data transfer is paid for by someone else!

Oh and something to remember is that the voices need to be downloaded as well.... unfortunately I think this has to be done from your device and not from a PC...

Are there any free voices at all? Not really up on the Nokia side of things, as Im using TomTom on my XDA.

If you have Web'n'Walk this is very good.

If you register (free) it can upload your position to a map which you can give your friends/whoever access too so they can see where you are.

Not sure if it does routing..
