Nokia Vodafone unlock code

Hi,
I have a Nokia C2-01 (about 5 years old) that is locked to Vodafone. It's been sitting around unused for about 2 years.

What is the cheapest way to unlock this? Does anyone know any unlock codes, or sites to go to get a code that will work?

Tried contacting Vodafone? They may unlock the phone for free.

Have you tried another SIM from another network in the phone just to test anyway?
