Much like my apparent inherent pomposity and arrogance, it means you have upset whoever posted it in someway or another....probably by disagreeing with them.
I agree with most of what dimple posts... And as far as I remember we've never had an e-argument. That doesn't stop me finding him a bit sanctimonious though.

Balanced in what way? No offence to him, but half the time he just posts one liners to just increase his overall post count.
Saying that , he does spend an awful amount off time on the forums, so I guess that's one of the qualities the mods are looking for.

Oh, and all the obvious names have been mentioned already. But I think it would be shame if the more interesting posters had their posts curtailed a bit by the burden (I mean honour).

They're simply notes a log of things the mods have thought are worth writing down. Could be anything from the fact that you were suspended for swearing, to that you're a bit of a trouble maker or you've had a name change.

The only people I'd want to nominate are the people I like yet the position of underboss seems partially if not entirely pointless so I'd be doing them a disservice and they wouldn't thank me.
