Me :D

Ex Invision Modding Staff member, can help with Vbulletin to as I worked on that before I moved over to Invision Power Board.

If not Zefan or King Damager.

Castiel.

Positives:
Puts a hell of a lot of work and thought into his posts.
Is always prepared to rub against the trend and bring original ideas to a thread -
this alone is worth promotion.

Negatives:
He is quite often wrong and can be a right royal pain in the bum... hmmm.

On balance I think he's a great candidate.

Duke although he doesn't bask in the glow of GD popularity he would do a great level headed job and already contributes lots of time to the forum rather than trying to force his wisdom on everyone in each and every GD thread.

Those people can't moderate they spend far too much time forcing their will on everyone else ;)

I love these threads. Most of you completely miss the point of what a moderator is supposed to be and seem to just recommend the most popular/post happy members.

No wonder half the replies in the new mod welcome threads are "Who?".

To be fair, the most post happy members tend to be ones on the forum more often, meaning they're likely browsing to report posts. Guess they need some kind of maturity and ability to set an example. Oh and of course the ability not to be troll baited.

Without being able to see percentages of valid reported threads we don't really have huge amounts of statistics to go on :p
