Sure, I understand that. I can see how it may be enticing for someone who's a naturally occurring 'ladder climber' who sees it as some kind of foot in the door so to speak.

Given I mostly post from a personal point of view anyway - not for me. Limited sway doesn't appeal. I either have full sway, or none at all. :)

The best don't need to climb a ladder, they just go straight in as a Don - sorry, an awesome, godlike, cigar chain smoking, fire breathing, all seeing, all dancing adonis.

Surprise in GD today as the popular forum members receive the populist vote, who would have guessed. Staying with the race for Underboss, opposition is mounting to voting for the Easy Going Popular Party with a late charge by the Leadership Material Brigade to complete the running as demanded by threads of this nature, ever ready to take things far too seriously. As that challenge fades the thread has become far too civilized and it becomes quite clear that what is needed is Jeremy Kyle for Underboss. Oh the possibilities...
