So underboss is like first line support? ( I have no idea what this means but I read it on perhaps this forum and wanted to sound knowledgeable)

Chuck up a list of Nominees & I'll vote but my head memory is to borked to be fair without a pole of nominees.

Sim would get my vote but giving up MOH for UB would be a step down in my opinion. MOH don't make T, Well not unless you come to my house. (Not an invite

I would mildly taser a 12 year old on the lowest setting who had a history of problems in and out of institutions and where the Mother had rang the Police because she was being a danger to herself and then throw her straight back into the institution.
Obviously you still don't have the ability to read the full story.
