NoN conductive Sticky tape ?

You can just get insulation tape, electricians use it. You can pick some up from pretty much any hardware or DIY store. And as mentioned above, available in many funky colours

I dont think they use conductive tape, if they do I've never seen it. The stuff you're after is simply called insulation tape

I wouldnt have thought it would be conductive tape either, as they wrap it round open wires, connections etc so if it conducted electricity then there would be no need to have it on there :D

normal home+office sticky tape will work fine. (clear, clear when stuck scotch, and brown parcel tape)
so will masking tape
so will "gaffa" (electrical/pvc tape)
so will *most* (non metal) duct-tape, if your a bit wierd
so will surgical tape + plasters + those little stickon paper "stiches"
DO NOT use any metal tapes (eg might be used to seal a extractor fan pipe / a flue), or any tape advertised as conductive, or for thigns like " rear window demister repairs"
