Non-fault claim

She can get it repair where ever she wants. The problem come when if she needs a courtesy car which will have to be supplied by the repairer. Also with the warranty of the work done will only be her problem to sort out with the repairer due to not using the body shop the insurance want her to use.

I would all ways find my own body shop, any good body shop will sort everything else for you and have an in house claims department.
