Sorry if you get these questions all the time but I need some advice.

The build I listed below is for a PC I am building I need it just for basic stuff at first and maybe in the future buy a graphics card so can use Photoshop.

What I am looking for is it to be expandlable in the future, any suggestions would be greatly received.

Hi,

I'd remove the links to PC part picker and such, as competitor links aren't allowed even though it seems you are in the US? or just using that site for reference?
 
That's decent setup although you would only need a video card if your looking to accelerate Photohop (might be worth while if you going to use this professionally if it's only for amatuer use then I wouldn't bother unless you running very complex filters).
