NON-mechanical keyboard recommendations

I’m after a new KB. My requirements are:

NON-mechanical – Don’t want to pay the premium as I use a game controller.
Illuminated.
Would prefer a dark grey or silver, but black will do.
USB2 hub.
Budget ~£40.

Any suggestions?

If I had members market access I would sell him my old Sidewinder X4 if he wants it, great keyboard but I went with a Cherry MX Blue. I really have no idea why they stopped making that keyboard, they haven't even replaced it with anything iirc.

You might find the old style G19 for that sort of money.

Is my budget a bit low? I thought that would be fine for a non-mech. I can go higher if I find something that ticks all the boxes.

There are more at other retailers, which I can't link because of rules. If you want a USB hub on your keyboard you will have to pay extra.

Depends if you want the other fancy gubbins or not.
Extra macro keys, multiple profiles, hundreds of backlight colours, LCD screens, media keys, gaming switches, on-board memory and on-the-fly macro recording... with USB ports and mic/headphone ports on the side. That's usually what you pay for.
