Non-overlapping 80MHz channels

I've always thought that the best channels to use, are 36, 52 and 100 but using a WiFi analyser, I see routers on channel 36 and 52 actually overlap, because the channels used are below and above.

Does this mean I should actually be using channels higher than 36 and 52?
