Is there only ek who make full cover blocks for non reference blocks specifically the Asus gtx 780 dcu2

EK make most of the non-reference blocks as far as I know.

EK make fantastic blocks although they are not cheap. This is a hidden drawback to buying non-reference cards.

EK blocks are really not expensive when you look at Aquacomputer ones...

Although AQ blocks do have superb quality
