Non-SLR camera with larger CCD

I dont know much abouto Cameras, but after reading some reviews etc i bought a new camera today.

Panasonic DMC TZ5 (http://www.panasonic.co.uk/html/en_GB/479303/index.html)
28mm Wide Angle, 10x Optical Zoom etc etc...

Just having a play about, Macro mode is great! (Even on Auto!)

This is resized, maybe abit too sharp.

Thanks - but again from DP Review it's not for me:

"In conclusion the TZ5 is a versatile, user friendly photographic tool that can produce good results outdoors in decent light but struggles when it comes to taking pictures indoors and in low light ...............If low light photography or indoor social snapping is more your thing or if you're into 'pixel-peeping' you might want to look out for alternatives."

http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/sonydscr1/ APS-C size sensor (pretty much same as a Canon 450D or Nikon equivalent).

Personally, I would give up looking for something like this. It's much simpler to just pick up a cheap dSLR and kit lens... automatic dust removal functions do a pretty good job, so don't worry about that. A dSLR is better in almost every way. Don't buy anything like this bridge camera, you'll only waste money and regret it.

I would just get a SLR, as I got a panasonic DMC-FZ28 which is poor in low light a lot of noise even on low iso. In pictures where you wouldn't expect it there is some, its fine with the flash tho indoors. a lot of reviews said it was better than most bridge cameras for higher iso's so I would hate to see just how bad they are. My photo works not the best but I used a friends D400 and its a lot better, wish Id done this before buying the FZ28.
The FZ28 is a good camera in good light if not alittle soft on med to full zoom but I wish I had gone the DSLR route now.
