i’m redoing my loop and wanted to use a coloured fluid, either just coloured or a pastel coolant. I was going to use mayhems but want something that isn’t going to stain my blocks and the reservoir.

What colours would people suggest?

Also what are your experiences with pastel? Does it gunk up?

I’d ideally like to not have to touch my loop for a couple of years if possible - until I next upgrade.

Thanks

Dave

ive been using the white cfx coolant, been in my system about 8 months and drained my system 2 days ago to move my gpu and zero staining, not sure how other colours fare tho.

After using both coloured and clear fluids I'd be more inclined to go for coloured tubing and clear fluid.

It looks great and new tubing costs less than pastel fluids if you later decide to change the colour. No mess when filling or stripping down the loop or need to rinse any of the blocks after use. It's a win win. If you use white tubing and RGB lighting, you'll never need to swap it out for another colour :)
