Wondering if anyone else has had this issue with monitors (Or any other components for that from Overclockers).

So, I bought a to of stuff back in Jan this year including 2 28" Acer Predator 4K monitors.
Last month the one monitor just failed to display. Contacted OC and they told me to contact ACER directly regarding warranty.
Acer then arranged collection of the monitor and said normally items are fixed within 5 working days but can take up to 20 working days. After this point they would consider refunding or replacing the item.

I have now been more than 20 working days without my monitor. Escalated it with ACER and they said the monitor was NOT part of the UK stock, but was actually German stock. For this reason, they could only offer repair under warranty and not refund/replacement.

So my wait continues to see how long ACER will have my monitor to try and fix it, but not happy that I bought a monitor in-store from OC in the UK, only to receive a non-UK model.

Any recommendations on further steps available to me?
Also skeptical of future purchases from OC as I dont want to be in a similar position again if anything goes wrong.
