Going to need to start doing some decorating which means repainting the skirting boards, windowsills etc

What gloss is good, and doesn't yellow after a week or two?

Thanks

Kimbie

Don't bother with gloss and go for eggshell - I used the farrow and ball white last year and its went on great and is still perfectly white in all places its been used :)

Crown solo brilliant white. Used it for years now, never goes yellow.
Only crown gloss I ever used went white practically over night was about 10 years ago mind!

Personally I'll never use an interior gloss again for two reasons

1 in my experience all modern ones yellow far too quickly making the effort of painting in the first place seem wasted.

2 gloss wood work looks really dated paint it satin or eggshell it's a much more contemporary looking finish.

Do the above mentioned products work ok if you are painting over gloss that is already yellowed?

Good point, as I will be doing the same. I have looked at the egg shell, but prefer to go with gloss this time around, so will check out the gloss mentioned above
