none of my F Keys work on my keyboard

For some reason none of my F keys at the top of my keyboard (plus my PRint Screen one) dont seem to respond, the print screen has never responded for some reason, but now the F Keys dont either, its a microsoft multimedia keyboard and its really frustrating.

Is there an "F-lock" key somewhere perchance? If so press it.
