Right i got a real query here. Got a e4500 sat at 3.3ghz 299 fsb vid 1.42v but showing 1.39 in cpuz , running prime95 for a week now 24/7 max temp 56°C.
Mothereboard brand new old stock Msi 975x platinum powerup 4gb of 667mhz ram 4 single sticks. Corsair tx 650psu.
Whenever i reboot the pc freezes without and post screen i have to to a complete reset.
If i keep the overclock to under 3ghz 271 fsb it boots up fine even unplugging power overnight . So i boot into bios at 3ghz and overclock to 3.3ghz it boots into windows fine.
Also if i put the fsb adove 300 no joy what so ever it just shuts down when i go to save bios.
Heres what i have tried. Just 2 gig of ram, Up the vid to 1.5.
any thoughts?
