I received my pair of roccat kaves yesterday but i just keep running into problem after problem. When i first set it all up no sound was coming through the headphones but the mic was working. Then it seemed like everything was fine but the sound quality was very "echoey" kind of like i was in a tin box. Now all of a sudden the sound quality is "better" but the mic has STOPPED working. Also, there is an annoying constant static noise and when no sound is playing and i'm just browsing the web or something, when i scroll it gets 10x worse.
This is a new computer build i recently just bought from OC.
If it helps my motherboard is a Gigabyte Z77X-D3H
EDIT: Right it's suddenly all working again but the static still remains slightly and when i hear myself there is definitley a noticeable bit of background fuzzyness. If i plug only the 2 jacks in the front however there is no static at all which leads me to believe it my actually be my motherboard causing this?
