nOOb Bioshock Plasmid question.

Hi all

I've just really started Bioshock and I'm not very far into the game but I have a question.
At the moment I'm in the Medical Pavilion and I have 2 Plasmids ( Electro Blot and Incinerate ) and I am at the point where I can take Telekinesis.
My problem is I do not have enough slots for all 3 Plasmids, and there is nowhere to buy a new slot, so I have to swap one.
If I swap Incinerate for Telekinesis do I loose Incinerate for good or can I get it back later in the game???

You can buy it later at a Gatherer's Garden machine. You can also buy more plasmid slots the more money you have.

You won't need to buy the incineration plasmid back at a gatherer's garden - once bought/found, all plasmids can be swapped out at a gene bank. You can however buy extra slots + upgrades at a gatherer's garden.
