I'm reasonably ok with wired networking and have a wired network myself at home.I have a friend who wishes to go wireless however,and has asked me to do the necessary work.
She has a VM cable modem going to either her desktop pc or her son's Xbox,they switch cables between the two.She now has a wireless capable laptop and wants to connect to the internet.
I'm looking for a wireless router with the capability to be wired too.She wants to keep the Xbox and desktop pc plugged in at the same time and be able to connect wirelessly to the internet on her laptop.Is this possible with a single cable router? And if so,which one would you recommend? Range would need to be good and signal strong..budget up to £100 but obviously I don't want to spend unnecessarily.
