Hey guys I've only been drivng 10 months so this might sound like a stupid question, but I hope you can help me and not troll me 
My car is due for it's MOT and tax at the end of this month and it is about to fall apart so I am getting a new car next weekend (24th) so what I would like to know is do I declare the car off the road(SORN) and that's it? Or is there something else I will need to do except getting in contact with my insurance company when I pick the new car up?
