I am awaiting a copy of ARMA 2, but think I could do with an overclock to boost FPS till I upgrade.

The last time I overclocked was a few years back on a 3.2 P4 which I watercooler up to something like 4.2ghz stable. I have since forgotten how to overclock as cars became my hobby!

So here we go, be gentle ;)

Should I see 3ghz+ ? Where do I start? I can run my laptop with this forum up/msn if you can talk me through it? :):)

Hmmm I am having trouble accessing the options in the bios? I have flashed to the latest bios revision....I can't install Intel Desktop Control Centre as it says "board not supported".

In my chipset options, I can get as far as a screen which allows me to change voltages, but none of the usual FSB options are there? Any ideas?

EDIT - found something in chipset options which said "positive clock increase", I increased this and booted up ok at 2.6ghz. IS this the method of overclocking on this board as I don't see any familiar options from my ex asus boards.
