I have a barton amdxp3200
core speed 2194.2mz
multiplyer x 11.0
fsb 199.5 mz
bus speed 398.9mz

voltage 1.616v

can I do anything to make it better?

You need to increase the FSB to overclock but that also means you will overclock the memory.

And you might need to increase the VCore and VDimm when overclocking.
