noob lan ip question

just got new router today and doing a bit of configuring here. On my old router my network machines were labeled like 10.0.0.2 upwards, however, on new router they all start with 192. I'm just curious as to why the IPs are different on the two routers! Sorry if this is a real stupid question.

ok cool. I dont need to change it then as long as a 10. . . ip is same thing as a 192. . . ip address
