Noob memory question

Ok here’s my noob question,
My system currently has 2 4gb sticks in it, 2666mhz I believe
I have 2 16gb sticks on the way at 3200mhz on the way,
My mb has 4 slots.
Can I run them all?

Would running the extra 8gb really help me at all?

I want to do more gaming but I need some upgrades, I know my current 8GB isn't enough so I'm starting with that...

Yeah my new memory is 32gb , 2 16gb sticks, so I'll probably leave the 8gb off .....use it for paper weights or something
