Noob memtest question

Can someone explain to me where on the screen the memory size being tested is displayed. Can I safely assume in the attached example the total memory is 255Mb.

I think I have a dodgy stick or slot on the mobo and want to actually make sure memtest is picking up total ram.

...and that's not my PC BTW :)

Right beside where it says memory: 255m

If that shot is correct, that is a shot of a 256mb DIMM being tested.

Yeah thanks. Was a stupid question when I could be arsed to look at the screen properly.

Turns out both the DIMMS tested OK but for some reason they dont play together very well.

CPUZ for some reason wont read the SPD from DIMM slot 2 (even with new memory) and sometimes the DIMM2 doesnt work i.e. get 512 not 1024. Have tried DIMM slot 3 on the mobo but still no SPD and sometimes only 512.

If I do a scan in Speedfan though the SPD info then shows up for the 2nd DIMM  Is my mobo knackered ?

and

are the ones I recently took out. Is it because they are not a matched pair ?

I put in some of this: (2 of)
Silver Heat Spreaders
Corsair CMX512-3200C2PT Platinum Series
XMS3200 512MB 400MHz CL2
XMS3202v5.2
0603068-1

only had the SPD problem with this Corsair memory, not the issue with 512 not actually working.
