noob needs a bit of help

ok, real noob question

firstly I have reserved my win 10 but it hasn't started yet.

I have now downloaded what I believe is the iso from ms website and it downloaded straight onto my usb stick......

(no laughing) how do I install from it. I tried to change by boot priority in the bios but can't seem to change it.
my win 8.1 product key is in my bios. will the install read it from there.

What i did was to download the ISO. Burn it to disc and then go back to the MS

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Choose Upgrade from this PC. Follow prompts and after a while, all updated to Win 10!

This worked....kinda.
