noob needs case cooling

Hi I need a decent dan to suck the hor air out of my case rather than a fan which will just blow the warm air about.
Any suggestions?
Also think i'll order a cpu fan for my intel pentium processor.

Edit; On second thoughts, scrap that idea. The tornado in London might have been caused by someone trying this.
