Hey guys,

After a few posts on the forums i had my mind set on the following spec.

Zalman Z9 plus
i5 2500k
mSI P67S-C43 (B3)
4gb corsair xms 1333 (1 stick)
evga gtx560 Ti
my old powersupply Chieftek 550W
500gb wd caviar blue( spinpoint wasnt in stock)

Now i bought all this stuff in holland cuz it was cheaper here. But i did follow the build guid on here. I think i got everything connected in the right way. Now i was going to boot it for the very first time. But once i put it on the fans start spinning and the powersupply fan starts spinning and the fan lights starts to work. also the proccesor works but this all shuts down after 1 sec. and everything stops working. No bleebs or anything screen is also not working. Help me cuz i dont know what i did wrong:(((

Sad thing though. for my build i figured i could re-use my cd drive... well NOT its a IDE dvd /cd rerwriter and on my mobo is no IDE entrance... im a sad panda now got to go to the shops tommorow to get a sate drive...

Any chance of a photo of your motherboard as it is at the moment? Easier to see if you haven't got something plugged in or if something is plugged into the wrong place.

Haha, I did the same sort of thing last Friday! I forgot to plug the power cables into the graphics card :p.
