Noob needs help

I read the FAQ's, still a bit confused!

My setup is:

Corsair A50 High-Performance CPU Cooler
BeQuiet Dark Power Pro P9 750W Modular Power Supply
AMD Phenom II X6 Six Core 1090T Black Edition 3.20GHz
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-15000C9 1866MHz Dual Channel
XFX ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024MB GDDR5

I ran the AMD auto tune and it got to 3.5ghz on the processor fine with temp <50c under 100% load, so I went to bios and increased the multiplier so it is now 3.5ghz.

What's a good safe temp? Core temp says the max is 71c, I'm happy with anything under say 55c.

Do I need to adjust the voltage?

Also what other parts of the system can I tune up?
 
Under 50c with 100% load is very good.

If its stable no need to adjust voltage.

5770 try overclocking it.

Dont bother with RAM just make sure its running at 1866mhz.
 
Is over clocking to 4ghz OK as long as temp is under 60c? I've seen other people do it. Is temp the only thing I need to worry about in regards to permament damage?
