Noob OC advice for spec...

Hi,

I need some OC advice on what settings I need to look for and change, for OC a stock i7 4790k. Looking to get around 4.6 if possible.

Spec:

i7 4790k, Gigabyte z79mx Gamer F4 BIOS, h100i, 2x HyperX Beast 8gb, 780 Direct CU II OC and RM750 PSU.

H100i roof exhaust pull, 2x 140mm front intake, 1x 120mm rear intake.

erm... put the multipler up to your desired clock speed... up the volts by one notch and test

I'm asking the same question but seems easy for you as you have a different board. The Saberooth Z97 seems somewhat restricted and can only perform auto tune ups.
