Ok atm i have my system running at 3.8ghz on stock cpu voltages stable
and the ram is all "stock" aswell but iv upped my ht speeed to 2400 insted of 2000 and i seem to be able to make the ram faster like that so thats good now what i want to do it tighten my timings in there are seposed to be 7-7-7-20 but my bios on auto wants to set them at 9-9-9-20 which is quite annoying and if i understand ram timing properly wouldnt the 20 timing cause instability because of the 9s ?? so anyway do you think it would cause any stability issue bringing the timings in to 8-8-8-(24 i think ??) or 7-7-7-20 ??
