Noob overclocker

Got my 6300 conroe arriving monday

Never done any overclocking before been reading a few bits wondered if any one with similar set up could do a basic overclocking guide
I dont want to go to mad

From what i can gather and i may be wrong as i no very little about this thus the post that seems a little out dated and a lot of it may not apply to me.
Correct me if i am wrong
Was hoping for someone with same or board to point me in the right direction

You are wrong the exact same things apply you still have to change FSB and voltage :confused:
