Ok trying to oc my e6600 on my asus p5w dh deluxe mobo. Program
i am using is ai booster. Said on a web site all i needed to do was set my
fsb to 333 and vcore to 1.45 which should give me a overclock to 3ghz
which it did when machine rebooted but it then dropped to 2.9ghz and fsb
showed as 322.7. I have tried running programs just to see if it was a down
step in the core but it stayed the same. The memory i am using is 2gb
Corsair DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 TwinX put my core upto 1.4625 not gonna push it
up any more atm but i have a feeling thats prob what i need to do. Last thing
my multiplier is still set to 9. Any help would be appreciated.
