Noob overclocking a P5Q-pro?

Just upgraded my build from a AMD X2 to a new Intel setup with a E8400 with t.r.u.e cooler, Asus p5q-pro and 4gb of Ocz ddr2 8500 like to push more out of it but i dont no what to adjust in the bios, iv never overclocked before. cant anyone help me were to start? cheers

Also Google for some other guides.

You can ask more questions in that forum once you have a basic understanding.
