I was just wondering if there was a guide somewhere that would talk someone through overclocking the following rig which I have just ordered :-

Im not really familiar with overclocking although my last system had a asus mobo that had AI overclocking but that only seemed to manage upping the cpu by 200mhz. I'm hoping that I will be able to get this cpu up to around the 3ghz I will only be using air cooling.
I know a lot of you are using Intel Chipsets at the moment but this was the best mobo available to me at the time.
I was going to post before I ordered to get some advice but my account wasnt moderated until today
