in the bios while i was doing my cpu i noticed a PCI-E overclick option... it goes from 100-200....?

What is this, cus ive been using ati-tool???

Prolly a dumb question.. is it relvent?

normally you leave the pci bus speed alone though some people claim to get small performance increases by upping it by 10 or so.
 
Its meant to be set at 100. If you leave it as 'AUTO' it will increase as you overclock. Some people increase it slightly when overclocking their graphics card but i've never found any benefit of going above 100mhz
